{Bridesmaids}

Here are some of my favorite styles for Spring.

The first three are from JCREW and are between $70 to $180.  I love the fresh, springy colors.

This next photo is from a wedding I was in.  Our dresses were from DAVID'S BRIDAL.  The wedding was in March.  Look at how those colors pop!
 If you are going the department store route, better items can often be found in the regular dress section than in the wedding specific region.  This next dress has a color that I would classify more for summer, but the flowers give it a springy feel.  It can be found at Macy's.

Ann Taylor offers some classic styles.

I am actually a fan of finding dresses at non-wedding locations.  You can often find something that you truly like and that your attendants will, honestly, be able to wear again.  Recently, dresses with prints have become popular.  Check out this Spring print from Anthropolpgie.   Wouldn't it look fab with a daisy bouquet?

{Friday Find . . . on a Sunday}

Wedding Websites are a great tool for providing your guests with information about your wedding, telling your love story, sharing photographs, and even saving money.  Many wedding websites allow you to have your guests RSVP through the site.  This saves on envelopes and stamps you would otherwise be sending to each guest.  Guests can also find hotel information and request songs for your reception playlist!

Some of my favorite wedding websites are donr through weddingwire.com.  They have a ton of options for page layouts, and allow you to upload slideshows, videos, links, muisc, and more.

I recently discovered JOJO Wedding.  They offer really unique and professional layouts.  Check them out as well.

The Knot also provides free wedding websites.

I highly suggest making a website!  It is fun and your guests will love it!

{Friday Finds}

It's all about location.  I will be doing day-of coordinating at this next location in August!  It is a gorgeous setting!

Here are a few other similar ranch/rustic style locations:

Flying Caballos Ranch (This is one of my absolute faves).
Santa Margarita Ranch (I was a bridesmaid in a wedding at this location.  So Gorgeous)

{Registry}

There are some really fantastic out-of-the-box registries these days.  Here are four of my faves.

1. Traveler's Joy : Register for honeymoon activities and more.  Your guests can donate to your honeymoon fund or purchase activities or dinners for you.  Remember, however, that you will often receive cash and checks that will cover these costs as well.
2. Photo donations: Ask your photographer if they offer and option on their website where guests can donate money to your "photography fund" to help defray the cost of the photographer, prints, and albums.
3. Charity donations: Your guests can donate money to the charity of your choice, rather than giving you a gift.
4. Antique gifts: This is a unique registry site for the bride and groom who love all things retro and vintage.

Enjoy!

{Color Combo}

This is my fave new color combo: teal and red.  I love how the colors pop.  It is so fresh and fun, while still being mature and classy.  It is simple, yet elegant.  I pretty much love it!  I think it would be amazing for a July wedding or anytime in summer, really.  You can go with the bluer teal or the greener turquoise and it looks fantastic either way.  Choose the teal or the red as your leading color.  Check out these inspiration boards and see what you think!
